Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.

Items must:

-Have the original packaging.

-Have the original tag.

-Remain in the original condition. 

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please dm us on Instagram @lisiida.co before returning any item to receive authorization and return instructions.
